Sixty to seventy years ago, companies operated the way All American Air does. They had a first rate and dependable product, technically proficient service personnel, charged a fair price, and delivered what they promised. Those days are long gone. They exist only with AAA. A company ethos is generated by its owner. You and Steve have imbued your staff with your service commitment, to boot they are very nice people. I am grateful to you for all the assistance you provide. I call AAA and say, “I’ve got a problem.” AAA says, “No problem, we’ll take care of it.” May it always be so.
